We all have opinions about all kinds of things and people are expressing them left and right, especially on social media. But how we respond to opinions makes the difference.

Some people fall apart, get bent out of shape, lose sleep, and even fall into a depression when they receive negative opinions, even when it is constructive. 

In my opinion, what you should do with negative opinions is determine if it has any merit because it could be an area you could improve in, if you so desire.

Now, if a negative opinion is wrong, this is where knowing yourself and loving yourself matters. You decide whether it is worth addressing or ignoring.

But here is the real deal, the only opinion that matters is God’s opinion. Why? because one day we will all have to answer to Him about the things we said and did not say, our actions and inactions… everything. Lord have mercy!
