Certainly, we can live eternally because Jesus died for you and me… that’s love! And nobody, you hear me, nobody will ever love you like that. So, thank you Jesus for your obedience to our Heavenly Father, for fulfilling scripture and for the priceless gift of salvation.
For many, Easter is a time to reflect on this one in a lifetime event. Just think about it… this is the one and only event in history that has a life or death impact on everybody, and I mean everybody, whether it’s acknowledged or not.
“…Why are you looking among the dead for someone who is alive? He isn’t here! He is risen from the dead!…” Luke 24:5-6 NLT
“He was buried, and he was raised from the dead on the third day, just as Scriptures said.” 1 Corinthians 15:4 NLT

Our Heavenly Father, in the Name of Jesus I call on You according to Acts 2:21 (NIV): “And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.” I confess my sins and ask for Your forgiveness. God our Father, I ask Jesus to come into my heart and be Lord over my life according to Romans 10:9-10 (NLT): “If you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved. For it is by believing in your heart that you are made right with God, and it is by confessing with your mouth that you are saved.” I do that now! With my mouth I confess that Jesus is Lord, and I believe in my heart that God raised Him from the dead. Lord, hear my prayer. Amen
