Oh Lord – hear my plea! Bring me peace and tranquility!
Let the world see your face, Let the world hear your song!
I am listening for you – tell me where I belong.
Small snippets of light shine through the dullness of thought.
Knowing what You sacrificed, knowing what was bought.
Tis the season of thoughtful repose and praise.
Thanking you for all of it for the rest of my days.
Bring me peace in my heart and in my soul.
Life can be hard; it can take a harsh toll.
I know you are there in the quietness of this morn.
Praise you Lord, I praise the day you were born.
Merry Christmas! May His light shine upon you today and always!
